I moved back to Park City in 1976 for the lifestyle and have been here ever since. Back in the days when building was still a seasonal activity I taught skiing at Park City Mountain Resort in the winter and worked construction in the summers. Opportunity presented itself in the early eighties, so I started a wood siding company with my brother, Bob, to service Park City's growing homebuilding market.

In 1992, looking for more of a challenge, I started a General Contracting business with my soon to be wife, Julie, and built our first home for sale. Good fortune smiled down, this first project sold quickly and we never looked back.

Since then we have built many projects, both speculative and custom, half of which were full design-build projects. The smallest was a 2600sf Victorian for a few hundred thousand, the largest a 7800sf Mountain Contemporary for a few million.
Born and raised in New Jersey, I came to Park City "just for the ski season" in 1973. I had a wonderful time for those few months and then left, never dreaming that I would return. Travel and adventure beckoned; I ended up on a 'round the world' bicycle trip for over two years. When I returned to the States I had no desire to return to New Jersey. I was looking for something more.
